Illuminations can accommodate up to 150 guests.

To secure your date, a deposit of one half of the rental fee is due upon booking along with a signed contract.

All weddings and celebrations include the following:

14 hours of venue time from 10am-midnight (party must be over by 10pm and quiet time in effect)
Wedding ceremony with benches for up to 150 guests and log wedding arch
30' wide by 60' long white wedding tent, complete sidewalls with windows and doors.
20 round tables (60" in diameter), 150 chairs for the guests, 20 - 8' rectangle tables, 3 - 6' rectangle tables
6 cocktail tables with white or black tablecloths
3 pyramid tube heaters with propane bottles
Bridal Suite
Grooms Quarters
Log bar
6 hours with the TIPS certified Bartender
Cocktail area with bistro lighting
Close parking with handicap accessible parking
Rehearsal the morning prior to the event from 9am-10am
One-hour walk through prior to event

Illuminations at Arrow Vista provides stunning views no matter the direction you are facing. The outdoor setting is perfect for the natural or rustic wedding and it has a beautiful Colorado vibe to to all. While the feel is outdoorsy, the venue still provides important and helpful amenities. Brian and Tyrene are wonderful and work tirelessly to make the venue perfect in everyway and make your big day even more so.
